The specific area's were identified by Roger Blaylock, County Engineer, Road & Bridge Foreman for each Commission District, and data received from Roads & Bridges during the April 2006 100 Year Flood Event. The Digital DFRIM was appended to the layer to replace FEMA Q3 data in April 2009.
