Description: Santa Rosa County, Florida requested a professional Assessment of the Geographic Extent of the Well Field Protection Zone Based on Spatial Analysis between GIS Layers and Develop an Overlay Area Map of the area in conjunction with the County's East Milton Well Field Protection Project.. This includes performing an analysis of existing GIS layers and the identification of areas most appropriate for enhanced aquifer protection. This layer is a result of that analysis. An EPA Grant was obtained and addtional analysis was done regarding an expansion of the geographic area. The Board of County Commissioners approved the expansion and revisions to the Land Development Code on February 28, 2013.
