 "description": "<div style='text-align:Left;'><p>This hosted feature layer contains point-based critical and regionally significant assets compiled for the Santa Rosa County Sea Level Rise Vulnerability Assessment. Point geometry is used for assets appropriately represented by a discrete location, such as facilities, infrastructure components, emergency services, and other location-based resources.<\/p><p>Assets are classified into the four groups established under section 380.093, Florida Statutes:<\/p><p><ul><li>Critical Infrastructure<\/li><li>Transportation and Evacuation Routes<\/li><li>Critical Community and Emergency Facilities<\/li><li>Natural, Cultural, and Historical Resources<\/li><\/ul><\/p><p>Attributes include asset identification, classification, ownership, location, source-dataset information, and public-disclosure status. Where applicable, the layer also contains modeled exposure results for coastal tidal flooding and 100-year storm surge flooding under current conditions and the 2040 and 2070 Intermediate-Low and Intermediate-High sea-level-rise scenarios. Scenario results may include modeled flood depth, risk-level classifications, maximum flood depth, and overall priority-assessment results.<\/p><p>Point locations are based on the best available source data and may represent an approximate asset location rather than the precise extent, footprint, entrance, or surveyed position of the asset.<\/p><p>This layer serves as an authoritative source for hosted feature layer views used in web maps and the Santa Rosa County Asset Lookup Tool.<\/p><\/div>",
