The specific area's were identified by Roger Blaylock, County Engineer, Road &amp; Bridge Foreman for each Commission District, and data received from Roads &amp; Bridges during the April 2006 100 Year Flood Event. The Digital DFRIM was appended to the layer to replace FEMA Q3 data in April 2009.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div>",
