 "description": "<div style='text-align:Left;'><div><div><p><span>This dataset is an ArcGIS Shapefile representing airport influence areas (MAIA/PAIA) for Santa Rosa County. These zones are used as a planning tool and additional information regarding their use is available in the land development code for Santa Rosa County, Florida. This data was produced by the Community Planning, Zoning and Development Division for the Santa Rosa County Commission. Generally, the Influence Area's extend two miles from the runway centerline except at NOLF Choctaw and Eglin North where the area's are much larger. The Influence areas serve principally to addresss land uses and structure heights that may create potential threat to flight safety and operation for aircraft approaching or departing an aiport or within a local flight pattern.
