DGN files were converted to ArcInfo coverages based on the Santa Rosa County Commission data schema for final project deliverables. Processing to ArcInfo was assisted by custom applications developed by 3001, Inc.
In ArcInfo, the coverages were edited to clean any dangle arcs, arc intersections and unclosed polygons. All cover features were attributed in ArcInfo using the Santa Rosa County Commission data schema.
